4c. oatmeal
1 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. flax seed
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/3 c. canola oil
1/2 c. honey
Mix well. Spread on parchment on two baking sheets. Bake @ 300 for about 25 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
Transfer to a bowl. Mix in:
1/2 c. dried fruit (raisins, currants, crannies, blueberries, etc.)
1/2 c. coconut
