Ingredients (6 big waffles)

1 c white flour
1/3 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c wheat germ
1/3 c buckwheat
2 pinches salt
2 t baking powder
2 eggs
2 c milk

Heat up waffle maker. I use a Belgian waffle iron for this, cuz you get nice meaty squares of bread. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with a whip. Put rest of ingredients on top and use whip to mix until pretty much smooth. Spray iron with pam or brush with light oil, and cook waffles as usual. Note that there is no added oil or sugar. Make sure you do oil the iron. I always put some kind of sweet concoction on my waffles, anyway, so no extra sugar is needed.
