This rub works for ribs as well as chicken. It is spicy!
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
3 Tbs ground black pepper
4 Tbs course salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp chipotle chile pepper
