2 c. sifted powdered sugar
½ c. softened butter
3 T. lemon juice
1 T. dark rum
Peel of 2 lemons
Mix 1 c. sugar and butter. Add peel and juice and rum. Add last cup of sugar.
Delicious with mince pie.
